Julie has over 25 years in retail management and earned her formidable reputation at Tesco. A fierce pragmatist and a powerful voice of reason, Julie is unafraid to challenge accepted norms of strategic direction within organisations in her quest to help deliver measurable benefits to their bottom line. To compliment her offering to clients, Julie has an MSc in Management Consultancy and is a certified Director with the IOD.
Malcolm has been exploring the subject of leadership capability all of his adult life. This has taken a multitude of forms – from a decade operating stores for Tesco to crewing a 60 foot yacht around the world. For the last 12 years he has helped developed Broadreach into a ’best of breed’ leadership development consultancy operating all over the world. Malcolm is a published author of many articles on the subject of leadership and holds an undergraduate Degree in Business, an MBA and a PhD.
