Government monopoly granted to a start-up organisation to design and deliver digital Smart energy meters to UK domestic households. Highly specialised and highly remunerated employee base with little experience of working collaboratively or leading teams.

Worked alongside ExCo team as ‘shadows’ in meetings to fully understand the context and current difficulties leaders had empowering others to solve problems collaboratively.

designed and delivered a set of six highly pragmatic leadership modules to enable understanding of how to influence greater involvement of diverse employees through empowerment, inclusion and active networking.
