Malcolm’s excellent use of strategic case studies was an excellent way for my Board to ‘de-personalise’ the debate, and open minds to objective thinking. We were very quickly enabled to see our problems differently and collaborate to come up with a range of solutions that we all took equal ownership for.

Malcolm has really helped us deliver on all our obligations ahead of time. Recent improvements in passenger satisfaction scores (net promoter) have exceeded expectations and driven Dubai airport to the highest rated in the world.
